Welcome to 7th grade! I am so excited to be your teacher this year and to go on this learning journey with you. Seventh grade is an important and exciting year where you will grow not only as students, but also as thinkers, problem-solvers, and responsible individuals. 

 

You will strengthen your reading and writing skills by analyzing texts, supporting your ideas with evidence, and expressing your thoughts clearly in both discussions and writing. In math, you will build a deeper understanding of ratios, proportions, equations, and real-world problem solving. You will also explore science concepts through investigation and critical thinking, and develop a stronger understanding of history, geography, and civic responsibility.
